The space-c6nsists of 720 square feet on the first floor. It is to be used as a coffee shop.
There is an existing heat detection direct dial system in the space as well as two separate
exits.
It is proposed that in addition to the existing system, two exit and emergency lights be
installed above the exits, and a fire extinguisher placed in a spot that is easily accessible
to the service area.
