Install .032 gauge aluminum valleys.
Apply drip edge to all rakes and eaves.
Install IKO's 25 year Organic shingle.
Remove all Waste arld dispose-of in a legal land fill.

If the existing roof decking is rotted 1/2 inch CDX plywood will have to be
installed. Add for plywood: $4,990,00
