remodel dated 2-16-11 have been approved as noted;
Structure conforms to 780 CMR 8th addition 1 and 2 family with MA amendments.
Energy aspects must comply the MA stretch energy code.

Window must Energy Star standards (U- .30)
Air sealing must meet the Energy Star thermal bypass checklist.
Windows in hazardous locations must be tempered.
Block foundation
must have vertical #4 bars 48” O.C. minimum.
Anchor bolts must be grouted in solid, bolt location may require a wider sill plate for proper attachment.
Crawl space foam insulation requires
an ignition barrier per R316.5.4.
Submit electronic plans and stamped LVL engineering.
