On February 25, 1980, a survey board inspected your property at the above
location, in accordance with Section 124.0 of the Massachusetts Buildiro
Code. This structure has now deteriorated to conditions of Section 123.0.
However, it is the opinion of the Board that the building may remain, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. The chimneys must be removed or repaired.
2. All windows and doors, including dormers, must be completely
covered.
3. All porches, front and rear, must be removed or repaired to a
structurally safe condition.
I would strongly suggest that you or your agent contact this office imm-
ediately for the proper permits to make these repairs.
