1. Site Work:
a. Below grade utility work has been accomplished
including underground electric, water, sanitary and
drainage.
b. Landscaping, including seeding, shrubs, trees, etc.
remains to be done next Spring. This, however, does
not affect egress requirements. Driveways, parking and
sidewalks are operational.
2. Building Structure:
a. In the Summer of 1987 , unsuitable fill was removed and
structural fill brought in and compacted. Compaction
Tests taken by Allied Testing Company had to meet a 95%
Proctor.
b. Concrete footing and foundation walls were also
constructed in 1987 .
C. Wood framing commenced in the Spring of 1988. Walls,
floors and roofs have been completed according to
Contract Documents and have been in service for several
months now with no apparent deficiencies.
3 . Thermal and Moisture Protection:
a. Exterior doors and windows are installed, caulked and
weatherstripped.
b. Wall and roof insulation has been installed per
Contract Documents.
C. The single ply membrane roof is in service. Cap
flashing remains to be installed.
d. Portions of the west wall remain to be clapboarded and
trimmed out.
