certiry that the Construction ofthe combined Units 2/6 at 90 Pomeroy Terac€ has been completed
in accordance with the project's Plans and Specifications and the goveming codes ofthe
Commonwealth.
Further, I have reviewed and apFoved quality control for code-required coffioll€d matedals alrd
have visited the site at intervals appropdate to the stage ofconstruction in order to rcmain
generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work.
As the Al'fidavit Architect, I hereby certify that the above referenced Foject complies with my
plans and specifications and all rules and regulation ofthe Codes ofthe Commonwealth,
This is also to notiry the Northampton Building Department that there has apparently been work
done without building permit at the exterior dools to Unit I by unit owner Holly Graham, and
Gr€g Smith, Contractor, and this work should not be regarded as extensions ofthe wolk under this
pemit. This affidavit does not cover this recent wo!k, and is not of my design.
