Structure conforms to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and
2 family with 2009 IECC prescriptive (stretch code) requirements or RES Check 4.4.1 and mandatory requirements.
Updated energy information and equipment must be posted on the electric
panels upon completion.
5/8” drywall shall be installed over the entire 1st floor ceiling and walls/ceiling adjoining the 2nd floor egress stair hallway, as well as the basement supporting
