RE: Application for Special Permit by Charles R. Morin,
d/b/a Zuli' s, dated March 20, 1984
Dear Sir:
Enclosed please find a revised application. At the public
hearing on Wednesday, May 2, 1984, it was called to the Board' s
attention that inadvertantly the address used was the
residential address of the applicant rather than the business
address. The proper address as indicated in the revised
application is 297 Pleasant Street.
Also, the revised application indicates that the application
is made pursuant to Section 5. 2, page 5-8, paragraph 5 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Northampton.
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $50. 00 to cover
the cost of readveYtising with the right address. If this
full amount is not needed, I would request that you would
refund the balance. I am also attaching a revised Abutters'
list for notification as the original Abutters' list was in
excess of that which I think is required by the statute.
I am also enclosing the money for personal notice to the revised
Abutters' list.
The Zoning Board of Appeals indicated that it would continue the
public hearing which has already been held- after public notice,
and take any additional public comment at the contiued hearing.
Would you please advertise this for the next timely Zoning Board
of Appeals hearing.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Z. So_ uweine
