To Whom It May Concern:
I am Elbert C. Ulshoeffer , Jr . , and I was the local building inspector
for the City of Northampton at the time the two additional units were
added at the above referenced property. In the course of my duties as
local building inspector , I did complete a satisfactory rough inspection
of the two units added in the rear of the above referenced property. The
inspection was performed pursuant to Building Permit No. 653 which was
taken out on November 19 , 1984 .
