via email from Siegfried Porth are approved with the following stipulations:
One hour fire separation throughout the structure.
Fire stopping at each level, and as required elsewhere.
Three
zone fire alarm system.
Smoke/COs at each level in the common hallway with a heat detector in each unit, on a separate owner’s meter.
The individual units will have separate systems,
smoke/COs as required.
OR
Two hard wired systems with redundant common hall smoke detectors on each level with heat detectors in the opposite units.
Submission WC insurance affidavits
for contractors working on this project.
Structure must conform to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and 2 family with 2009 IECC.
