KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, DONALD P. JUDGE and KAREN M. JUDGE, husband and wife, both
of 23 East Center Street, Leeds, Massachusetts, owners of the aforesaid real estate, acquired by us from a deed dated December 21, 2001 from EDWARD J. MURPHY, executor for Mary Dowling,
recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in book 6474, page 329 hereby covenant and agree that:
We have constructed a second floor space at our garage located at 23 East Center
Street, Leeds, Massachusetts which will used as storage, office or studio space. This space will not be used as a sleeping space without first obtaining a building permit and meeting
all the requirement of Massachusetts State Building Code for a newly created bedroom and obtaining any special permit that may be required under the City of Northampton Zoning Ordinance.
