dated 11-12-10 have been approved as noted;
Third floor egress stair and landing engineering per 780 CMR before rough inspection.
Structure conforms to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and 2
family with 2009 IECC prescriptive requirements or RES Check 4.4.1 and mandatory requirements.
LVL engineering before rough inspection.
Tempered glass over the tub.
Fire blocking at
drop soffits.
Verify size/load on the double joist/beam above the Dining Room extension.
Smoke and CO detectors throughout the structure if none exist.
A continuous air barrier is required
behind tubs, spas, showers, fire places and electric boxes on exterior walls! Watch out or the tub comes out.
Exterior equipment, exhaust, and intakes separations meet manufacturers’
requirements.
Energy and any new equipment specifications must be posted on the electric panel upon completion.
