to closets have been run. Sprinkler heads have been installed in lowered ceilings at first floor
bathrooms.
2. Damaged plaster ceilings at second floor where water damage occurred due to burst sprinkler
pipes have been removed and replaced with gypsum wallboard ceilings.
3. New emergency lighting is installed throughout the building. Joanne noted that horns and strobes
are being installed in every bedroom.
4. The fire alarm system is in the process of being installed.
5. Painting is ongoing.
6. Carpeting has been installed at some locations on the second floor. Ongoing.
7. Second floor long thin bathroom has shower stall installed. Joanne noted that the end portion of
the bathroom is designated as storage only. Joanne noted the top of shower wall was lowered to
allow full access on the sprinkler head water throw radius. Joanne noted the building inspector
and fire department have reviewed the bathroom layout.
8. Vents are being installed in all bathrooms.

10. Basement Review: Joanne noted all new electric outlets are GFI. A sump pump may be installed
to remove water during major rain storms.

12. Attic Review: Sprinkler heads have been installed.
13. Kitchen cabinets are being installed.
