Structure conforms to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and 2 family with 2009 IECC prescriptive requirements or RES Check 4.4.1 and mandatory
requirements.
Smoke and CO detectors per code and plan.
A continuous air barrier is required behind tubs, spas, showers, fire places and electric boxes on exterior walls! Watch out or
the tub comes out.
Energy information and equipment must be posted on the electric panel upon completion.
Each unit shall have a heat detector within the unit connected to a smoke detector
in the stair hall.
LVL shall have a minimum of 1 ½” bearing per manufacturers requirements.
5/8” drywall shall be installed over the disappearing stair cover panel.
Shear panels or an
equivalent system shall be installed in the garage.
