• Punch list today
• Fire alarm inspection near complete - "trouble" in system to be investigated
by supplier/rep; electric contractor and fire department not able to correct.
• Back porch lighting - Robert W. Hall to direct additional ceiling mounted
fixtures per Electrical Inspector.
• Plumbing - Five of six tubs required valve/control repair/replacement;
plumber near complete.
• Interior Lighting - Some existing ceiling fixtures rejected by inspector,
new/replacement fixtures installed.
• Final inspections/occupancy - pending resolution of the above mentioned
items.
Millbank has directed new gutters at porches and building edge.
Vinyl siding/air barrier memo issued by Carlson & Schmitt Architects;
Manufacturer's memo regarding vinyl shingles due out soon. Desrosiers to
check on status.
Change Order- Carlson & Schmitt Architects to process once miscellaneous
items required by final inspections are submitted.
• Pencil Requisition -Approved.
Load inspection completed yesterday; results due in today.
Miscellaneous electric trim is dirty, owner to review possible partial
replacement trim.
