• Vinyl Shingle — Correspondence from the manufacturer's rep not submitted; gables
at 34 replaced; shingle here looks slightly warped; not as fiat as previous
installations. Remaining siding at 34 to be removed/replaced (since installation
occurred during cold weather by the same installer') barring input from
manufacturer's rep.
• Doorbell Estimate— Kevin Rothschild-Shea to move this forward.
Electrical Change Orders—Kevin Rothschild-Shea to move this forward.
+ Landscape—John Walker visited the site, report pending.
• site Close-Out — Gloria McPhearson of the Planning Department visited site, silt
fence okay to remove, letter of compliance pending board meeting timeline.
• Kevin Rothschild-Shea to review gutter/downspout specification.
• Electrical/plumbing inspections scheduled for 7/14/04; fire alarm inspection not
scheduled.
General Notes
• Desrosiers to submit As-Builts/Owner Manuals; begin site close-out/site fence
removable.
