• Interior Doors: Change to Luan with stain finish -okay.
• Mason on site tomorrow to infill front basement windows; additional
masonry may be required at attic timber purlin ends; Desrosiers to
investigate/review with mason. Cost submission required for all work.
• Electrical: Circuit discovery near complete, ready for shut-off at meter
bank and panel relocation; inspections set for next week; hopeful gypsum
board start by end of week.
• HVAC rough ready for Robert W. Hall to revisit; round flex versus rigid
duct to be included in review. Air handler credit contingent upon resale of
units by subcontractor, supplier would not re-stock; no charge to job, but
credit opportunity looks marginal.
• Review of ceiling finishes/demolition; various opportunities for 8" high
gypsum headers where walls removed will minimize ceiling patch; and
improve finish; Desrosiers to coordinate locations with gypsum contractor.
