Bathroom Flooring.
Unit#1: Provide Levelastic over existing flooring and new sheet vinyl
overlay with threshold (transition strip); caulk perimeter and
plumbing fixtures.
Unit#2: Adhere loose sheet vinyl at door opening; provide threshold
(transition strip), 14 round trim at tub/floor juncture; caulk perimeter
and fixtures.
Unit#3- Provide underlayment, new sheet vinyl flooring; threshold (transition
strip); caulk perimeter and fixtures.
Unit#4: No change
Unit#5 No change
Unit #6 Condition is dirty but intact, general contractor to price new sheet
vinyl floor over existing.
General contractor to provide abatement credit.
Landing 004, Stair 5, First Floor — Desrosiers indicates flooring/underlayment
needed here; maybe walk-off matt over underlayment?
Carpet Changes:
Unit # 2 and Unit #5: Bedroom 2; maintain existing wood floor, patch where
needed; submit carpet credit.
Bedroom 1 — Floor is rough sanded, patch where needed; carpet to remain in
contract.
Unit#3: Bedroom 2 —Can we patch wood floor and delete carpet?
Miscellaneous
• Common Laundry— Is coin-op still being pursued?
• Site Lights — Timer not specified; electrical contractor to install seven-day
programmable timer. Coordinate with Robert W. Hall for equipment
review/coordination.
