Progress: 18 Michelman • Interior masonry repair underway; in progress site visit (by KRS) indicates work is acceptable. Exposed brick at west foundation knee wall to be in lieu of specified "stucco"finish. • HVAC/Hot water heater rough-in to move forward in order to tighten schedule of work/timetable for 18 Michelman/overall project. 34 Michelman • Carlson & Schmitt Architects submitted revised venting; end unit combustion air to extend to gable end, interior townhouse to extend vertically. • Hot water heater PVC vent to receive vinyl square block trim, modified to coordinate with vent extension requirements. • Millbank to finalize sheet vinyl selections. • Carlson & Schmitt Architects to specify vinyl tread color. • Revised fire protection drawings not resubmitted!! • Desrosiers to submit price for two evergreens at north lot. • Robert W. Hall to visit and review fire alarm device rough-in/electrical rough. Electrical inspection scheduled for Tuesday. • Robert W. Hall report on HVAC work/installation submitted, Desrosiers to indicate when ready for engineer re-visit to review corrective HVAC work. 79 Michelman • Punch list submitted this week, along with Robert W. Hall field report. • Revised framing and rough-in well underway at damaged unit. Electric rough scheduled for Tuesday.
