• Verizon installer on site, requesting clarification — Carlson & Schmitt
Architects/Robert W. Hall Consulting Engineers to pursue (Quentin at
Verizon 247-3136).
• Monday, 12/15/03 Easthampton to retest 79 Michelman fire alarm,
schedule inspection for Tuesday, 12/16/03.

• Carlson & Schmitt Architects to contact Northampton Fire Department for
approval of final fire alarm summary, zoning needs to be determined.
• Plastic laminate selections forwarded to Joanne; Carlson & Schmitt
Architects nearly complete with finish schedule.
• Carlson & Schmitt forwarded draft hardware schedule to Desrosiers; all
entry doors to be lever trim, H/C unit lever trim, unitlapartment interiors to
be glove style trim. Carlson & Schmitt Architects to review deadbolt
restrictions. Schedule to include 18 for complete project review.

• Desrosiers to update schedule for 34 Michelman.
• Easthampton to submit pricing for additional devices at 34 Michelman.
• Miscellaneous HVAC shop drawings to be submitted. Mechanical
contractor to review thermostats with Robert W. Hall Consulting Engineers
before submittal. Townhouse control valves to be in mechanical closet,
apartment's control valves in boiler room.
• Boiler room expanded to the south to better accommodate boiler layout;
Desrosiers to submit estimate for the enclosure.
• Carlson & Schmitt Architects/Robert W. Hall Consulting Engineers to
review type "F" fixture and adjust spec/location accordingly. HFP to
coordinate layout with fixtures, maximum 2" projection/trim allowed; any
head conflicting with fixtures to be relocated, larger projections/trim will be
rejected/relocated.
