• Bath Exhaust Duct Risers — Detailed as a single riser with partial vertical
riser within the duct in lieu of fire dampers, HVAC contractor to review with
Robert W. Hall if there are questions on this detail/requirement.

• Permit drawings submitted to Desrosiers this meeting. General Contractor
to push demolition schedule, gypsum at stairs, electrical repair, and
submit a schedule to owner by the next meeting.

• Pencil Requisition: CSA to review HVAC progress for 34 Michelman, and
fire alarm invoicing for 79 Michelman and process.

o Paving and line painting complete.
o Desrosiers to activate site lighting at north parking lot.
• 18 Michelman — No change — Desrosiers to push mason, timing is critical
and weather dependant.
• 34 Michelman
o Plumbing 98% complete; water main tie-in scheduled for today.
o Fire protection rough-in 95% complete.
o Electrical rough 20% complete.
o Trench for electric/telephone/CATV scheduled for Monday.
o Telephone installation scheduled for Tuesday.
• 79 Michelman
o Fire Alarm -- Re-inspection scheduled for today; hopeful for tenant
occupancy at the north six units.
18 Michelman
Fire alarm reviewed with Deputy Nichols Monday per
Desrosiers/Northampton. Robert W. Hall Consulting Engineers is outlining
installation of the fire alarm panel, annunciator, knox box and heat
detectors in units for early phased installation. Carlson & Schmitt
Architects to submit to Northampton Fire Department for approval.
34 Michelman
• Fire Protection -- Shops to be re-submitted; 2" extensions in kitchen areas
verbally approved.
• Townhouse Zone and Control sketch submitted to Desrosiers this
meeting.
• Required shop drawings for mechanical/plumbing trades submitted to
Desrosiers this meeting. Required shop drawings must be submitted.
• Finishes — Carlson & Schmitt Architects presented a draft of color
selections; will finalize for review.
