• Desrosiers to adjust siding quote (Change request #15 for $10,629.00),
deducting vinyl upgrade at brick wall of 18 Michelman, carrying these
costs separate—see Masonry Summary.
• Construction Schedule attached: Desrosiers projected timeline brings
completion in at the end of January 2004; to that end, kitchen/bath
casework specification submittal and review needs to be
completed/approved.
• Desrosiers to submit interior flooring, finish schedule selections will be

• Desrosiers to offer breakdown for credit of masonry sealer and repointing,
and proposed cost for furring and vinyl siding; with upgrade for vinyl
shingle/trim as detailed.

• Hot Water Heaters — Robert W. Hail to review proposed venting cost and
specify combustion air vent size for door.
• PVC venting reviewed in two units — generally coordination between gas
piping and venting lowers venting and the associated soffit more than is
acceptable. All piping/venting to be installed as tight as possible to
framing/finish ceiling. In both instances tighter coordination will allow for a
2" increase in final ceiling height; adjust as required.
• B Fixtures— Robert W. Hall to offer comment.
• Credit refrigerant lines— Robert W. Hall to review and comment.
General
• Change Orders— Upgrade kitchen cabinets — final specification required.
• The current change order proposal #15 for $10,629.00 is based upon the
