Progress: • Site Work • Gravel and fabric 60% • Boulders in place at edge of parking. • Ponds—Loam at 80% • 18 Michelman-- No progress. • 34 Michelman— Plate installation underway--30% complete. • 79 Michelman — Gas rough complete; HVAC venting complete in two units. 18 Michelman • Desrosiers submitted vinyl siding costs; Carlson & Schmitt Architects questioned area versus credit valuation — Desrosiers to verify proposal. • Masonry — Carlson & Schmitt Architects offered preliminarily review of masonry scope and cost proposal history. Kevin Rothschild-Shea to provide detailed summary. 34 Michelman • Revised plan at dumpster staked out; dumpster to be offset back 4'-6' from curb at edge of parking/lawn. Desrosiers to update price for reduced dumpster pad. • Dumpster and planting screen to be detailed by John Walker. 79 Michelman • Fire Alarm — System as proposed at $9,100.00 meets the requirements/intent of specification and Fire Chief; Contractor to provide addressable system in lieu of zone system at no additional cost. One dedicated phone line required; backup line may utilize tenant phone line. • Hot Water Heaters - Desrosiers to submit venting cost proposal for both 79 Michelman and 18 Michelman.
