• Repar 90%.
• Concrete foundation walls at 30%.
• Drainage structures set, drainage outlet from "pond" installed. 30-50 yards
of concrete/bituminous rubble excavated; Desrosiers to dispose of site
and price.
Old News:
• Carlson & Schmitt Architects to search files for Geotextile pricing,
schedule for next change order.
• Carlson & Schmitt Architects reviewed Holmberg's red-line drawings and
requested clarification for grading to the North of 79 Michelman - currently
receiving little or no grading; and grading off the edge of drive, downslope
to the lawn North of 79 Michelman - Is guardrail required here?
18 Michelman -Brick Repair at Basement
• Generally, scope and area of repair conforms with drawing locations.
Quality of repair and pointing does not conform to specifications. The
Contractor shall point and recourse brick, and repoint area of repair_
Where open joints/loose brick are adjacent to area of repair those areas
are to be included in the repair. Kevin Rothschild-Shea, Patrick
McCarthy, Bob Desrosiers, and Masonry Contractor to meet on site
before/during corrective work. If additional areas are required Carlson &
Schmitt Architects will specify.
• Northeast Corner and West Wall Repair: Interior repairs at these areas (if
needed)and hold off until exterior repairs are underway.
• East Brick Wall: Preliminarily Robert W. Hall indicates vinyl cladding will
negatively affect the performance of the wall. Carlson & Schmitt
Architects to visit and verify insulation/vapor barrier presence/location.
