• Rebar fabrication on site at 90%.
• Concrete walls at 20% complete.
• Rough grade at south side of 34, raised to approximate elevation.
Old News-
• Contractor estimate for Geotextile below paved areas submitted by
Desrosiers.
• Excess fill: E.B. Holmberg has red-line drawings on site; Carlson &
Schmitt Architects has requested copy for review; Holmberg moving
toward final definition.

opinion regarding brick repair at basement.
-Brick Veneer: Bob Desrosiers requested alternate repair and finish in lieu
of specified work, lintels and brick repair will be completed, and suggests
no maintenance vinyl siding. -Kevin► Rothschild-Shea raised con erg
regarding moisture retention behind siding and/or within brick wall.
Carlson & Schmitt Architects to review wall composition with Robert W.
Hall before suggesting alternate treatment.
Desrosiers to mobilize for porch stair foundation while concrete work at
34 is underway.
