• Piles scheduled to-start. in two weeks. General Contractor to verify date

• Millbank to provide additional dumpster for 18 Michelman residents.
• Groundbreaking scheduled for January 31, 2003, 10:00 AM, at Union
Station.
• Desrosiers to remove and dispose of debris/trash in basement of 18
Michelman Ave. and to submit time and dumpster slips for change order
review.
• Desrosiers to schedule preliminary concrete work and framing in the
basement of 18 Michelman, where possible.

Progress:
• Small parking lot excavated;gravel installation complete.
• Excavation for 34 Michelman near 50% complete.
• Temporary light installed at small parking lot per MillbankC request
(Desrosier to adjust angle per neighbor's request).
Old Items:
• Bob Desrosiers to contact Mike Talbot to view excavation and material
encountered to date;Mike to offer clarification on material reuse/disposal.
• Screw pile inspection attendance review underway, CSA to contact
installer.
• Desrosiers to submit disposal costs for drainage structure and associated
PVC pipe discovered at small parking area.
• Joanne Campbell 20 contact city of Northampton in hopes of moving
shutdown date earlier in the year.
• Water Department is requesting additional shutoff. Desrosiers & Son to
submit cost of work proposed by the Water Deepartrnent.
• Robert W. Hall Consulting Engineers to provide direction for 79 Michelman
additional fire alarm requirements. '
• General Contractor to maintain winter protection precautions during all
cold weather construction.
