Progress:
• Silt fence installed and approved.
Tree removal complete; stump removal underway.
• Small parking lot excavated;gravel instaflation underway.
• Excess fill/gravel moving off site.
General Notes:
• Job meetings: Thursday 9:00 a.m.
• Pencil requisition to be submitted last Thursday of each month.
• Tilman to email Architect's Requisition Certificate to Carlson & Schmitt
Architects.
• Mike Talbot to copy Environmental Report to Desrosiers & Son.
New Items:
• Poor soils (ash, dumping, etc.) to be stockpiled on site; O'Reilly Talbot &
Okun to review and coordinate with backfill.
• Carlson & Schmitt and Engineering Design Associates to review screw
pile inspection attendance.
• Drainage structure and associated PVC pipe discovered at small parking
area. Desrosiers to-submit disposal costs.
• Water Department indicates shutdown for tie-in cannot be scheduled until
spring. Partial loop affected by shutdown consists primarily of Millbank
residents. Joanne to contact the Water Department for possible
allowance to complete the tie-in in January. faitum to relocate the water
main will restrict excavation and pile installation for 34 Michelman.
• Water Department is requesting additional shutoff; Kevin Rothschild-Shea
has reviewed with E.B. Holmberg and they have no knowledge of the
