Warranty: Wright Builders provides a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of certificate of occupancy, or o,-per's beneficial use, whichever comes first. The scope of the work can be altered on request through a change order, which is typically priced and approved prior to the execution of the work. If job conditions should necessitate additional work authorized by you, on a "T& ,1" (time and material) basis, these items will be handled at cost plus 1-;"/o, plus a project management charge. Further, allowances are generally line items in the Estimate Summary and include a mark-up for overhead. Actual costs, plus 15% and project management cost will be used to adjust allowance as work is completed. Billing. All bills are typically prepared monthly for all work completed, stored, in process, and deposits required, net 10 days, no retainage. Late Pavment: Balances over 30 days, 1-1/2% interest per month. Expiration of Proposal: Because of volatile materials costs, quotations are firm for only 30 days. It may well be that prices are secure beyond that period, but it is best to check with us. Please review all documents carefully and advise us of any lack of clarity. Since errors do occasionally occur, we cannot be responsible for clerical oversights. Enclosures: The accompanying materials, enumerated below under "enclosures", are part of this proposal, and contain information that Wright Builders is obliged to provide. Orderina- the work.
