To whom it may concern:
Per request this is a list of laboratory procedures performed at Northampton Wellness
Associates
1. Blood drawing station ( we do not perform blood lab tests in our office. We send
them out to a laboratory.) All potentially hazardous products are appropriately
discarded through our hazardous waste disposal contractor, Enviro-Tech Services
Inc. 759 Chestnut Street, Springfield, Ma. 01199.
2. Urinalysis by dip stick( urine is flushed down toilet)
3. Intravenous vitamin therapy (contains vitamins, minerals & salt solutions)
