4.B 17 - no specific location has been determined for
the placement of the barrels or rubbish containers to
service the residences;
4.0 -there are presently two units which in theory
generate four vehicles. Three units will generate six
vehicles for an increase of two and that would appear to be
the maximum peak hour traffic volume generated by the site.
I do not believe this is a major project, but is to be
considered "an intermediate project requiring a special
permit. " As such, the plans do not need to be prepared by a
registered architect, landscape architect or professional
engineer.
I hope that I have adequately responded to all of the
questions regarding Site Plan Review, but if more

Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the instructions of Bruce Palmer, this
letter should be read as part of the application for Site
Plan Review for the above applicant and property.
Referencing the Site Plan Review Ordinance, I refer
specifically to page 10-9 of the Zoning Ordinance and state,
with the following exceptions, all of the requirements of
Section 4.A,B and C have been complied with:
4 .A - a copy of the Assessors ' Map is enclosed;
4 .B 4 -building elevations have not been furnished as
there are existing structures and there are no proposed
changes to the exterior of the existing structures;
4 .B 5 - there are no wetlands here;
4 .B 6 - a copy of the U. S. Geodesic survey is
attached, highlighting the locus . There is no apparent
grade change in the area, and this seems an appropriate
response;
4.B 9 - the driveways and accesses are shown and as
this property is on the corner of two improved city streets,
I do not believe any further evidence of the ability of the
site to handle emergencies is necessary;
4 .B 12 and 13 - there are all municipal utilities in
all existing structures;
