(This is separate and distinct from the Variance request, the decision on which will be made by the Zoning Board of Appeals. ) If you wish to appeal this action, your appeal must be filed in Superior Court within 20 days of the date this decision was filed in the Office of the Northampton City Clerk. DECISION OF NORTHAMPTON,M 01CR� � NORTHAMPTON PLANNING BOARD At a meeting held on October 12, 1989 , the Planning Board of the City of Northampton voted unanimously to APPROVE the Application of Richard, Maureen and Alfred Venne for Site Plan Approval under the Provisions of Section 10 . 11 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of a two-family dwelling to a three-family dwelling at 48-50 Fruit Street. Present and voting were Chair N. Duseau, M. Mendelson, J. Holeva, J. Cahillane, E. J. Gare III . , and J. Beauregard. The Findings were as follows: The Application satisfactorily addressed the requirements of Section 10 . 11( 4) (a) , 10 . 11( 4) (b) ( 1-18 ) 10 . 11(c) and (d) , and satisfactorily dealt with the Review/Approval Criteria of Section 10 .11( 5 ) (A through E) . A condition of this approval is that the Applicants erect a six-foot high fence, to act as a light barrier, running from where the grass dividing area begins near the street, to the corner of the Applicants' garage, with the height of the fence lowering to three feet as it approaches the street.
