I have an agreement to purchase this property and would like to renovate it to become a single-family residence for personal use. I have measured the setbacks to the best of my ability, but the rear setback(at the narrowest was more than 15')might be greater than my estimates, depending on how far back the property line is. Any setback greater than 20' 1 just marked with a+ sign. In this proposal, the front(Prospect St.)paved parking spaces would remain. The dirt/gravel driveway that goes through the rear would be replaced with a grass yard. The small building (the former restaurant, marked"C"on the attached building sketch) would be used as an overflow or guest cottage, but would not be a separate(e.g., rented)unit. I would like to know what(if any) options I might have for renovating this property for this purpose. I am interested in the following: Plan 1: Renovate existing structures only,to make a single residence for personal use. Plan 2: Same as Plan 1, adding a second story on Section A in the attached building sketch. Plan 3: Same as Plan 1, adding a second story in Section B in the attached building sketch.
