You should be aware that in 1988 Massachusetts Depa tment of
Environmental Protection determined that the majority of this lot
is located within the buffer zone of an adjacent strea As a
result, before any work is done on this lot a wetland permit
(Notice of Intent or a Request for Determination) will be required.
