With regard to the above mentioned project please be advised
that:
1. Plans for the sanitary sewer extension on Burts Pit Road
prepared by J. A. Gracia Engineering, dated 10-24-88,
revised 2-22-89 and 4-13-89, are acceptable.
2. Irrevocable Letter of Credit 148 issued by the Florence
Savings Bank and dated 5-4-89, is acceptable.
3. Your request to use H.R. Dietz & Sons as the contractor is
approved.

arrange for a preconstruction conference.
