Dear Ms. Misch:
I met with Charlie Dauchy today and he looked over the situation. I gave him various
information and over the next few weeks he will begin the appropriate processes
necessary to rectify the situation.
He suggested that I might want to get some of the fill removed pending your ok. I went
to your office and found out you were on vacation, so I will contact you when you get
back regarding these issues. Also, Mr. Dauchy is planning to contact you.
I will move this process along as necessary. At our last meeting, I was left with the
understanding that the conservation issues needed to be cleared up before I proceed with
the building permit process.
