Gentlemen:
In accordance with Article 127 of the Mass . Building Code ,
we have regularly inspected the project to ensure that it was
constructed in accordance the contract drawings and
specifications , and all the requirements of the Building Code.
The building is now substantially complete , and our final
inspection has shown us that the building was in full compliance
with the drawings and the Code .
We would, therefore , appreciate your issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy so that the owner may occupy the
building. _
We have been assured that the final minor punch list items
will be performed expeditiously.
