Dear Commissioner: We are writng you in regards to the World War II Veterans Association. We applied
for and received the building permit for renovations on the club 10/12/99 with work to begin on or around
10/17/99.Due to some scheduling delays with certain subcontractors who were to be hired by the club we
were forced to postpone the start date of the project until after January 1, 2000. We have recently been
informed that the club has hired another contractor to do the project in which we have gotten the building
permit for. Wing Construction will not be performing any work for this association and are returning the
building permit inspection card to you for your records. If you wish to speak to someone about this matter
