This office represents Salvatore LaBella who has entered into a Purchase and Sale
Agreement with Paradise Realty Partners, LLC for Unit 2 condominium at 766 North King
Street. Mr. LaBella has been informed by the sellers that they have obtained a special permit
for the property at 766 North King Street which allows the premises to be used for medical
offices.
We are filling the enclosed zoning permit application along with our check of$15.00
made payable to City of Northampton to determine if Mr. LaBella needs his own special
permit to operate his business, Orthotics and Prosthetics Lab in Unit 2.
