Gentlemen:
Since my last report on October 31, 2003, the following
construction has been completed and except as noted found to be
in compliance with applicable codes and construction documents
for this project:
1 . All site work operations under The O' Leary Company
responsibility is now complete. Vegetation has been
established along the embankment on the West and South
sides of the site and minor dress-up may be required in the
spring due to weather conditions . Landscaping and grassing
around the perimeter of the building and along the street
front remains to be completed and is the responsibility of
the owner to complete in the spring when weather permits .
2 . All building construction under The O' Leary Company
responsibility has now been completed including exterior
building shell construction as well as interior partitions
and finish.
In the vacant office area on the East side of the first
floor, a small section of gypsum board enclosing the
plumbing chase has been removed and must be replaced.
3 . All finish plumbing, electrical and mechanical items as
well as the fire alarm system has also now been completed
and appears to be operational. As previously noted, all
plumbing, mechanical, telephone and alarm system design and
installation has been contracted separately by the owner
and is not under the responsibility of The O' Leary Company
or myself.
