Dear Amy and Alisa:
Recently our office has had a complaint about an obscured view when navigating the
intersection by where your home is located from over grown vegetation that blocks part of the
view of the intersection, making navigation hazardous.
I have included local City of Northampton Zoning regulations that pertain to vegetation and
obstructions to views at intersections. Sec 350-6.8 as well as Sec 350-6.5. I would ask you to
please be aware of the problem and trim back any trees or bushes from the intersection that
may hinder vehicle traffic and safety.
