Installation of these building components is continuing.
The rooftop mounted package HVAC units have been installed
at the rooftop level on prefabricated metal roof curbs
supplied and installed by The O' Leary Company.
4 . Construction of the hydraulic elevator unit is continuing.
All structural elevator vertical rails have been installed
and installation of the main hydraulic elevator control
unit is ongoing. Construction of the elevator cab platform
has begun, however, the cab construction has not yet begun
at this time. All elevator components have now been
delivered to the job site and it is anticipated that
construction of this unit will be ongoing.

Installation of exterior concrete stoops at grade were also
being installed at each building entrance at the time I
visited the job site.
2 . All reinforced concrete foundation and interior slab
construction for the new building has previously been
completed as well as all structural steel erection and the
standing seam metal roofing system. At the main building
entry, steel framing for the canopy structure has been
completed and architectural standing seam metal panel
roofing was being installed at the time I visited the job
site.
Erection of the exterior insulation finish system (EIFS)
for the North, East and South exterior building walls is
now basically complete. Finish sealant installation at the
base of the EIFS system remains to be completed around the
perimeter of the building. All other exterior wall
construction is also now complete including the 4-foot high
masonry kicker walls around the perimeter base of the
building as well as the Butler Style Wall building panels
at the exterior West wall . All exterior wall window units
have also now been installed with appropriate sealant.
3 . Interior building finish is continuing. All metal stud and
gypsum board partitions have now been erected. Gypsum
board material has been finished with finish coat painting
completed at the second floor and prime coat painting at
the first floor. All rough in plumbing, electrical and
mechanical items to be enclosed within the partitions also
appears to be complete at this time. Installation of the
metal grid system for the hung ceiling at the second floor
has also now begun and is approximately 15% complete.
Erection of interior metal door and window frames has also
now begun and is approximately 30% complete.
It should be noted that all plumbing, mechanical, telephone
and alarm system design and installation has been
contracted separately by the owner and is not under the

Gentlemen:
Since my last report on September 4, 2003, the following
construction has been completed and except as noted found to be
in compliance with applicable codes and construction documents
for this project:
1 . Site work operations are continuing. Installation of the
storm drainage piping at the base of the embankment on the
West side of the site has been completed, however, gravel
backfill and dress-up at the base of the embankment remains
to be completed. As previously noted, the masonry
retaining walls at the Northwest and Southwest corners of
the site have been completed. Dress-up of the embankment
at the Northwest corner of the site remains to be
completed, however, all other embankments have been
completed and seeded. Final dress-up of all embankments
may be required prior to project completion.
The new electrical transformer has now been installed on
the precast concrete pad at the Southeast corner exterior
of the building. Primary and secondary electrical power
wiring has now been installed and connected to the main
interior electrical service panel along with sub-panels and
meters for tenant use.
Installation of the below grade sanitary septic tank was
being completed at the time I visited the job site. It is
my understanding that this work is being completed under
separate contract by the owner and not under the
responsibility of The O' Leary Company or myself.
