It should be noted that all plumbing, mechanical, telephone
and alarm system installation has been contracted
separately by the owner and is not under the responsibility
of The O' Leary Company or myself.
4 . It is my understanding that the site water service
connection to the public line has not yet been made.
5 . Construction of the hydraulic elevator unit has now begun.
All structural elevator vertical rails have now been
installed and bolted to the masonry inserts per design.

interior concrete slabs have been installed per plans. All
masonry wall construction has also been completed which
includes the interior elevator shaft walls and the exterior
4-foot high split faced block kicker walls around the
building perimeter on three sides.
2 . Also as previously reported, erection of all structural
steel components for the Butler preengineered metal
building system has been completed as well as the standing
seam metal roofing system with fiberglass insulation.
Miscellaneous perimeter metal building trim at the roof
line remains to be completed after exterior wall insulation
system is completed. All prefabricated metal roof curbs
for rooftop mounted HVAC units have also been installed and
meet Butler roof installation specifications.
Erection of the exterior insulation finish system for the
exterior walls on the North, East and South sides of the
building is continuing and is approximately 75% complete.
Erection of the prefabricated Butler Style Wall panel
system on the West exterior wall has also been completed
and the new window unit in this wall system has been
installed. Installation of aluminum frame and glass window
units at both the first and second floors of the building
has now begun and is approximately 50o complete. Finish
caulking and sealant is being completed as window unit
installation progresses .
3 . On the interior of the building, erection of all metal
studs for interior partitions is now complete. Rough in
plumbing and electrical work enclosed within the partitions
is also basically complete. Installation of all fiberglass
insulation has also been completed on the interior side of
all exterior perimeter building walls. All appropriate
fire stopping within the exterior walls also appears to be
completed. Gypsum board erection and finishing for all
interior partition areas has now begun and is approximately
75% complete. Metal door frames for interior doors have
