Installation of the standing seam metal roofing system with fiberglass insulation has also been completed. Perimeter metal trim at the roofline will be completed after exterior wall system installation has been completed. On the North, East and South walls, construction of the 4-foot high split faced masonry block kicker walls has now been completed. Erection of the exterior 6-inch steel studs to support the exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) on those three walls has also been completed along with rough framing for the window and door units . On the exterior of the West building wall, erection of the Butler Style Wall pre-finished metal panels has also now been completed, however, window unit installation in this wall remains to be completed. On the North, East and South walls, erection of fiberglass faced gypsum sheathing board has now been completed and installation of foam board is approximately 35% complete. All other interior masonry construction which basically includes the elevator shaft is complete. 4 . On the interior of the building, erection of metal studs for interior partitions is now approximately 90o complete. Rough in plumbing and electrical work to be enclosed within the partitions is continuing along with partition erection. Gypsum wallboard and shaft liner installation has begun around the stairway areas. No other gypsum board erection or finishing has begun at this time. Gypsum wallboard materials have now been delivered to the job site. Installation of fire retardant wood backing materials within the partitions and around interior door frames has also now begun. Installation of interior mechanical duct work has also now begun at the second floor level . Site work operations remain basically as previously reported. All storm drainage piping and the below grade prefabricated plastic detention chamber has been installed and backfilled up to grade. Some minor slippage of the embankment at the Northwest corner of the site was noted and will require dress-up prior to project completion. Finish grading around the perimeter of the building and parking lot areas remains to be completed. The masonry retaining wall at the North property line has been completed, however, the similar retaining wall at the South property line remains to be installed. Although the precast concrete transformer pad has been installed on the exterior of the Southeast corner of the building along with secondary electrical conduit extending into the building, no primary or secondary electrical service wiring has been pulled at this time. A temporary electrical service has been stubbed up on the interior of the first floor and remains in place. 2 . As previously reported, all reinforced concrete foundation work and interior concrete slabs have been poured and finished. All under slab plumbing and electrical conduit has been stubbed up above finished slab level . 3 .
