The scope of proposed work includes replacement of all exterior glazing, installation ofnew roofing, and completion of exterior trim. It has come to my attention that finish inspections were never requested or carried out when this building was built,under owner supervision. Enclosed are the original site plan,building permit as issued, and record of partial rough inspections. What we are proposing to do, in addition to the work contained in this permit application, is to have M&.$Electric and Cichy Plumbing go through the building and propose and carry out work to bring the performance of the building up to code. The Wassman's would like to be relieved of any plumbing fixture replacement if possible. It may be necessary for us to expose some area of concealed work to provide a comfort level for the trades people and your inspections staff We are prepared to do anything reasonable to assist in this process. Our common concern is of course for safety of tenants and eventual buyers, and to close out any open permits via a Certificate of Occupancy.
