Dear Mr. Gottlieb:
Recently our office has received complaints about the intersection at Finn and State Streets, in
Northampton. The corner is obstructed with over grown vegetation making it hard to see
oncoming traffic.
As this is a potentially dangerous situation, I would ask you to clear the side walk and corner of
any obstructions and over growth. This has created a hazard at this intersection; you are now
required to correct this problem within the next 10-days. Our first letter to you dated July 3,
2013 has had no corrective action taken.
