On September 10, 2013 I observed violations of the City of Northampton Zoning Ordinance as pertains to lighting. In a letter mailed to you and carried to the office of Paradise Copies on Sept. 11, 2013, I requested you to correct the problems of the light fixtures direction and the impact to neighboring properties. No action has been taken to correct the lights over spread to neighboring properties. You are now ordered to correct the problem within 7 days of the date of this letter by way of shielding the light or disconnecting it. Unless action is taken a violation ticket will then be issued with a fine of$100.00 dollars and subsequent fines for each day thereafter the violation continues. I am aware you were looking for a remedy to this problem; however it seems from past records to be continuing and ongoing now for some time. Perhaps one solution would be if you have adequate lighting without this fixture to simply disable the one fixture until such time as a shield or other method could be put in place to keep the lighting directed as needed. I hope I have your cooperation in this matter in a timely correction to the problem. Respectfully, `17:te c Kyle J.
