On behalf of Cosenzi Automotive Realty Limited Partnership, Associated Builders, Inc. respectfully
submits two sign permit applications for signage associated with the two automobile dealerships,
Country Hyundai and Northampton Volkswagen on 347 and 361 King Street in Northampton,
Massachusetts which are currently under construction. We are aware that the proposed signage will
require a special permit with the Zoning Board of Appeals, therefore we have concurrently filed the
special permit application. This application package includes (2) sets of the following documents:
• Sign Permit Application 9/12/13 with Zoning Permit File No. MP-2013-0054 from Site Plan
Approval.
• Filing fee payable to the City of Northampton in the amount of$60 ($30/sign x 2 signs)
