To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that our office is in receipt of complaints regarding early morning operations
originating from your 175 Main Street, Location. Operations prior to 7 AM are not allowed in
that area.
Should this be taking place please be aware that this is in violation of the City of
Northampton's zoning by-laws and must cease.
