The property has been used as a manufacturing facility in the past and is currently being used as a storage and rebuilding facility. • General machine shop 3 CNC machining centers • 1 CNC lathe • 2 vertical millers • 2 surface grinders • 1 EDM machine • Injection molding, 3 small molding machines all electric .. 5 people maximum • No Third shift or regular late night work. • No Tractor Trailer truck Deliveries. • All manufacturing to be done in the front brick building • Rear barn to be used for personal storage. No changes to existing lot for proposed usage. It is separate from the hO'use, held in separate O'wnership. The manufacturing cO'mpany has been using it for machine stO'rage and machine repair fO'r quite a while. They mo-.ed prO'ductiO'n to' Hatfield a while agO'. They claim there was n intent to' abandO'n. I was there dealing with a separate, hO'use-related zO'ning cO'mplaint in 2006 and can cO'nfinn that manufacturing machines were there at that PO'int. Mr. DamO'n wants to' use the building as a "SUPPO'rt facility" fO'r his plant in Hatfield; PO'tentially up to' 5 emplO'yees, nO' 3rd shift, nO' tractO'r trailers. 1"m thinking he needs a finding frO'm the ZBA fO'r changes to' a nO'n-cO'nfO'nning use.
