Dear Mr. Greenwald:
I visited 83 Massasoit Ave on August 15, 2013 to inspect the conservatory construction.
The roof has been essentially built according to a design provided by Whetstone Engineering
entitled "Tie Rod Assembly", dated 8/23/12.
It is my opinion based upon my training and experience as a professional engineer, as
well as my site visit, that conservatory at 83 Massasoit Ave meets the structural requirements of
the Massachusetts Building Code, 8th Edition.
